Holbrooks Racing Engines
Holbrook Racing Engines is located at 31831 Schoolcraft in Livonia. Chris Holbrook has raced competitively for several decades, following in the footsteps of his father, Carl. Keeping a shop for racing vehicles was already in his blood. “The love of the sport. That’s what I grew up in and it’s what I know,” he said. “So I thought, ‘Why not have a business?'”
It’s a pastime that continues to run through the family: Holbrook children all have taken up racing. Two vehicles parked in the back room of his business are his children's.

Del's currently enrolled in a fast-track program in Highschool to complete an associate degree in applied science for machining through Oakland Community College.
His spare time is spent playing high school soccer, and track. Also, figuring out his next trip to the dragstrip. His latest accomplishment is 2019 HS Nationals win in the family escape.
Holbrook Racing Engines are lucky to have Glen on staff over the past 10+yrs. providing and applying his knowledge and love of engine assembly and racing experience. When Glen is not working you can find him polishing up on his marksmanship skills.
Prior to working with Holbrook's, he spent 4 years in engine assembly at Roush Org.

Steve brings 20+yrs experience engine building and machining skills to Holbrook Racing Engines. His broad range of abilities keeps the shop workload progressing forward.
Steve's hardworking ethics benefit not only Holbrook's but his family and friends too, as he is always willing to lend a hand.
Cameron is a graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio. He spends his days running machines under Holbrooks' watchful eyes.
Cameron is eager to learn and also spends time in the dyno cell, working on the cobra jet program.
Outside of the shop he loves working on his jeep and be out tearing up a trail, or blazing one.
Zach Prysdale has been working at Holbrook Racing Engines since his graduation of high school. Zach works alongside Chris gaining hands-on experience on the dyno cell, factory stock Cobrajets. Assisting with fabrication and assembly. Zach's welding skills have provided nice finishing touches to numerous jobs.
Outside of the family garage, you can find him at the dragstrip, fishing, and camping.
